General Choir Information
Wardrobe Contracts: wardrobe contracts must be signed by both parent and student and turned in before the wardrobes are distributed, sometime in November. Don't forget...we will be issuing concert attire to those students who have turned in their contracts and met their initial deposit that was due last June. After schools rehearsals on Tuesdays 2:45-4:45pm (except 9/20 and 9/27)
Wardrobe Care:
Gentlemen: Tux pants and coats have been through 7 wearing now and need to be dry cleaned as soon as possible (this is the only time you will need to do this as they dry clean them before they are handed out and again when they are handed in). The sooner the better, even though our next festival is not until March. Vests can be laundered at home in cold water.
Ladies: The gowns need to laundered in cold water, inside-out, and hung to dry.
Everyone: When laundering the t-shirts and warm-up jackets... please hang them to dry instead of putting them into the drier, they will keep their color better and last longer. T-shirts will be kept. Warm-up jackets are turned in at the end of the festival season.

Bring
Please send a sack lunch or at least $10 for your student for dinner. I would also have them bring a bottle of water as well. They will have a small snack on the bus ride home.
Water Donations
Speaking of water, we do carry water on the bus for the kids...we try to have 2 bottles per student. If you can donate a case of water for the trip/and or future competitions... You can bring them to rehearsal on Thursday. Please let me know if you can donate.
Costumes
Please help your student(especially if they are new to show choir at the high school) to be sure they have everything they need prior to leaving home...if they don't, they may be unable to compete.
Boys should have:
1st outfit Tunic
2nd outfit Cargo Pants and Henley
Undershirts(tan)and grey Compression shorts(they will be wearing these under their regular clothes)
Tan Sandals
Girls should have:
