Donations/Fundraising - We collect donations and sponsor fundraisers in order to pay for items essential to the choir program (e.g., equipment maintenance, inventory replacement, musical arrangements, costumes, sets, festival and competition fees, etc.). There are numerous opportunities throughout the year for students to raise money to help meet their Fairshare commitment. Sponsorships: Students can raise thousands of dollars by sending sponsorship letters to family, friends and businesses. All sponsors will be listed in our programs and on our site. Click here to download the sponsorhip letter.
Sell Ads in our 2010-2011 Concert Programs! Business card size ad (2” x 3½” ) $25 Half page ad (3 ½” x 5”) $50 Full page ad (5” x 8”) $100 Personal/Congratulatory ads (25 words or less) $10 (Example: “Jane Doe: We are so proud of your beautiful voice. Your solo in Encore is amazing! Silent Auction Donations: We hold silent auctions as fundraisers along with each of our concerts. We must do this to raise funds for items (i.e., equipment maintenance, inventory replacement, musical arrangements, etc.) that student fundraising commitments do not cover! A few of you have already indicated that you have silent auction items for our concerts. Thank you so much for taking the time to seek these donations. The items can be big or they can be small. If they are small items, they can be incorporated into a basket with other donations! If they are big - like a restaurant or theater gift certificate, golf items, Christmas decorative items, gourmet food baskets, scrapbooking items, toys, etc. - then they can be packaged on their own! Please consider asking your favorite store or place of business to make a donation! The Silent Auction Donation letter is currently being revised... please visit again later for update.
Please remember ~ write your student's name and choir on any envelope and check that is put into the locked box. This insures proper credit to his/her account.
